Orders

After your order is completed at checkout and your payment has cleared, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note this email may be located in your spam/junk folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

Payment

All payments are made through a completely secure payment portal, using Iyzico (A Pay U Company) and, can be made with all major debit and credit cards. For more information about the security measures utilised by our payment processor, you can visit their website www.iyzico.com

If you would rather pay by another method, such as bank transfer, please place your order by email at: sales@chumani-jewels.com including details of how you would like to pay.

Returns

Chumani is happy to accept returns if you have changed your mind. We accept returns of any unused product within 14 days from delivery. Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with original packaging. Because of hygienic reasons, we will not accept returns of any items that have been worn. We do not stand for the costs of returns for refunds and will therefore deduct the return shipping cost from your refund. The cost for the return shipment is 10 Euro.

How to make a return

To make a return, please email sales@chumani-jewels.com with your order number. Return the product via the courier company from which you received it. Please save your tracking number for the return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records. Sale and customized items cannot be returned. Please save your tracking number for the return. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, customs, so please collect your tracking information and insure the package for good measure. Please be sure you declare the package as RETURNED ITEMS - with no value, as we will not accept returns with a duties fee. Always include your order number with the return. 

 

You'll get an email as soon as we receive your return, and we will inspect the condition of the returned product. All lawful refunds will reimbursed within 10 business days. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your Chumani jewelry. In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email sales@chumani-jewels.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.  You'll get an e-mail as soon as we receive your return, and we will inspect the condition of the returned product. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair. 

No, we do not. The shipping fee added when placing an order is a fee to cover the service the transportation company provides when delivering a package and therefore is non-refundable. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will, of course, refund the return shipping costs so you can receive the correct item.

Shipping

We ship from our logistics center in Kusadasi, Turkey or from our logistics center in Germany.

Our international delivery option is DHL Express Worldwide. All DHL orders are shipped with DHL Go Green. Our domestic orders are shipped via Yurtici Kargo or Aras Kargo.

We want you to get your order as soon as possible. 
If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 4; delivered within 4-10 business days. 

Your Special Orders and Pre-Order items, on the other hand, will be produced after your purchase, and they will be shipped within 14 days, delivered within 4-10 business days.

We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.

Turkey
Less than 1500TL, shipping cost 150TL

Europe & all other international
Less than 7500TL, shipping cost 250TL
More than 7500 TL, shipping cost FREE

For European customers, we send our orders DDP, this means there should be no uninvited costs (no additional customs taxes and duties). For other international orders, please bear in mind that you might be responsible for other duties that your country charges for international shipments and might be necessary to release your order from the local customs upon arrival.  However, we don't stand for any custom fees and are not responsible for any additional charges that might be associated with importation.
